We do all our smoking using alder chips, which we think provides the best flavor possible. It provides all our smoked products (whether from your catch or ours) with a moist, flaky texture and sweet, rich flavor that is unequaled.
Add to this our other great flavors and your taste buds will jump up and thank you! When bringing us your own catch, why not have us divide it up so you can take home some of each flavor to share with family and friends.


All seafood is vacuum packaged in 4 ply poly bags
to give you a great product that always tastes fresh.

Choose from 5 different smoking flavors:

  • Regular: Moist, firm, and filled with the sweet flavor of alderwood

  • Lemon Pepper: The perfect complement to our alderwood smoking

  • Garlic: Just a hint of garlic gives this a little bit of "zing".

  • Teriyaki: Brown sugar and soy sauce, and spices. One of our most popular.

  • Hawaiian: The slightly sweet taste of pineapple makes this an adventure.

Custom smoking your catch:
Regular, Lemon Pepper and Garlic: $3.00/lb.
Teriyaki: $3.50/lb.
Hawaiian: $4.00/lb.

* Prices include vacuum packaging and freezing.

 

Processing your catch:
Fillet, Vacuum Pack, Freeze: $1.00/lb.
Vacuum Pack, Freeze $0.75/lb.

25 pound box: $7.00
